Gabby Helms, Director of Digital Marketing & eCommerce, SalonCentric

Gabby Helms is the Director of Digital Marketing and eCommerce for SalonCentric’s Sub-Distribution Channel, where her focus is on strategic digital transformation in a complex, B2B environment. Since beginning her career with SalonCentric in 2016, Gabby has worked endlessly to provide digital solutions, processes, and education to more than 90 Sub-Distributor Owners, representing over 270+ brick and mortar stores. More recently, she led the way for development of a new, multi-distributor, B2B eCommerce solution with multiple inventory sources. Gabby holds a B.A. from Columbia College – Columbia, SC, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She currently resides in Seminole, FL with her 12-year-old daughter and husband. When she’s not whipping up new digital processes, you can find her whipping up some of her favorite family recipes to share with those around her.

Jonathan Burnadette, Director of Digital Industry Strategy for Manufacturing, Adobe

Jonathan is the Director of Digital Industry Strategy for Manufacturing at Adobe. In this role, Jonathan is responsible for driving strategy, messaging, and growth in our industrial manufacturing segment.

As the head of Adobe’s manufacturing industry strategy, he partners with sales leaders and Customers in the CMO / COO / CTO verticals to enable a coordinated go-to-market strategy. Jonathan engages with C-level executives on an ongoing basis as an ambassador for Adobe’s industry vision.

Prior to Adobe, Jonathan worked at SAP as Director, Global Manufacturing Industries, within SAP’s Customer Experience division, managing a go-to-market customer experience team across North America and Europe, working with customers in the Industrial Manufacturing, Life Sciences, and Automotive industries.

Jonathan has worked with Manufacturing companies around the world on their digital transformation initiatives, both as an SaaS partner and as a practitioner on the customer side.

Jonathan has had various leadership roles within B2B Manufacturers such as Philips, K+S and Kraft Heinz, working as a P&L owner, as well as an eCommerce and Customer Experience leader.
